“Every good thing in this world started with a dream.”

Young chocolatier Willy Wonka (Timothée Chalamet) arrives in a city with a grand plan: to open a shop and share his confections with the world. The local candy cartel, led by rivals like Arthur Slugworth (Paterson Joseph) and backed by the Chief of Police (Keegan-Michael Key), moves to stop him. Wonka builds his dream anyway, sustained by the magic he makes and the few people, like Noodle (Calah Lane), who believe in him.
