Tropic Thunder

“Get Some.”

Five actors on a Vietnam War film set are abandoned in the jungle by their exasperated director. Tugg Speedman (Ben Stiller), a fading action star; Kirk Lazarus (Robert Downey Jr.), a method actor; and Jeff Portnoy (Jack Black) must survive real gunfire and danger. By the end, Speedman has learned that survival means dropping the performance and becoming someone he actually is, not someone he's pretended to be.
