The Walk

“Every dream begins with a single step”

Philippe Petit (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), a street performer and wire-walker, becomes obsessed with stringing a cable between the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center. He assembles a crew of accomplices, including his girlfriend Annie (Charlotte Le Bon) and mentor Papa Rudy (Ben Kingsley), to plan the impossible. When the night comes and Petit steps onto the wire, everything he has risked balances on the cable beneath his feet.
