The Village

“There is no turning back”

A village of pale buildings stands ringed by woods where creatures move in the dark. Ivy Walker (Bryce Dallas Howard), blind since birth, knows only what the elders have told her: that beyond the tree line lives a threat too terrible to name. As Lucius Hunt (Joaquin Phoenix) pushes to venture out and Ivy volunteers to go in his place, she discovers that blindness may be the least of what keeps her from seeing.
