“Have you ever dreamt of a better version of yourself?”

Elisabeth (Demi Moore), a former aerobics icon, is fired from her television show the day she turns fifty. Desperate to reclaim her relevance, she injects herself with a black market substance that produces Sue (Margaret Qualley), a younger, flawless version of her body. What begins as a simple swap between two selves spirals into a battle for control, as the boundary between them dissolves and each becomes the other's disease.
