The Silence of the Lambs

“To enter the mind of a killer she must challenge the mind of a madman.”

The FBI is hunting a serial killer who skins his female victims, and trainee Clarice Starling (Jodie Foster) seeks help from an imprisoned psychiatrist, Dr. Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins). Lecter knows things that could stop the killing, but each conversation pulls Clarice deeper into his logic and appetites. She walks into his cell wanting information and walks out changed by what she has learned, and what she has become willing to do.
