The Mask

“From zero to hero.”

Stanley Ipkiss (Jim Carrey), a meek bank clerk nobody notices, finds a wooden mask in the river and puts it on. The mask transforms him into a gleaming, elastic-faced creature who can do anything he wants, bend physics, make the whole city bend to his will. But power that arrives from outside you always demands a price, and Stanley learns that the mask's gifts belong to the mask, not to him.
