Bletchley Park, 1939. Alan Turing (Benedict Cumberbatch), a brilliant but difficult mathematician, is recruited to crack the German Enigma machine. Turing designs an electromechanical device to decrypt it, working alongside fellow codebreaker Joan Clarke (Keira Knightley) and the team at the secret facility.
