In an alternate prehistory where dinosaurs evolved into farming families, Arlo (Raymond Ochoa) gets swept downriver into an untamed wilderness far from home. A feral human child becomes his unexpected guide through a landscape of towering cliffs and predators, where he meets a hardened dino rancher named Butch (Sam Elliott). The film suggests that finding your place in the world often means going somewhere you were never meant to go.
