The Autopsy of Jane Doe
“Every body has a secret.”
A father and son coroner team (Brian Cox and Emile Hirsch) begin a routine autopsy on an unidentified woman brought in by the sheriff. As they cut deeper, the body yields impossible wounds and objects that shouldn't exist, and the examination room itself seems to turn against them. The film suggests that some violations cannot be undone, and that certain knowledge extracts its own price.
