A young princess flees into the forest after her stepmother, the Queen (Lucille La Verne), learns from her magic mirror that Snow White is the fairest in the land. She finds shelter with seven small men who live in a cottage deep in the woods. The Queen, now a witch, discovers her hiding place and sets out with a poisoned apple, and everything Snow White holds dear hangs on whether true love can reach her in time.
