Smile

“Once you see it, it's too late.”

Rose Cotter, a therapist in a busy emergency room, watches a patient convulse and cut open her own face. After that shift, Rose begins seeing grotesque figures at the edge of her vision, each wearing a distorted smile. Her ex Joel (Kyle Gallner) tries to ground her in reason, but Rose finds herself isolated by what she cannot prove, stranded between her need to believe him and the certainty that he cannot help her see what she sees.
