Seven Psychopaths

“They won't take any shih tzu.”

Marty Faranan (Colin Farrell) is a struggling screenwriter in Los Angeles whose Irish friend Billy Bickle (Sam Rockwell) steals a shih tzu from a mob boss, setting off a chain reaction that pulls in a grieving man with nothing left to lose. McDonagh weaves their paths together through the desert and back. By the end, Marty is still trying to write his script, still caught between the story he wants to tell and the one happening around him.
