In the fractured land of Kumandra, evil spirits called the Druun turn people to stone, and only a dragon can stop them. Raya (Kelly Marie Tran), a warrior princess, sets out to find Sisu (Awkwafina), the last dragon, gathering unlikely allies like the con artist Boun (Izaac Wang) and rival warrior Namaari (Gemma Chan) along the way. Raya learns that saving her father and her land means trusting people she has every reason to fear.
