“What would you risk for five minutes of pure power?”

A new pill hits New Orleans streets that grants superhuman powers for five minutes, and the city fractures into chaos. Art (Jamie Foxx), a former soldier searching for his daughter, joins Frank (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), a cop trying to contain the outbreak, and Robin (Dominique Fishback), a street-smart dealer caught between survival and conscience. The three race to find who engineered the drug before the whole city tears itself apart.
