On the morning of the Boston Marathon in April 2013, an explosion tears through the crowd. Sgt. Tommy Saunders (Mark Wahlberg) joins Commissioner Ed Davis (John Goodman) and a task force piecing together surveillance footage while the bombers are still in the city.
