“Family vs. Frat”

Mac and Kelly Radner (Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne) are new parents trying to settle into suburban quiet when a fraternity moves in next door, led by the charming Teddy Sanders (Zac Efron). What begins as a polite request to turn down the noise spirals into escalating pranks and revenge. By the end, both sides learn that winning isn't the same as getting what you actually wanted.
