Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome

“Hold out for Mad Max. This is his greatest adventure.”

In the wasteland after nuclear collapse, Max (Mel Gibson) is stripped of his car and weapons and stumbles into Bartertown, a jerry-rigged settlement ruled by Aunty Entity (Tina Turner). She offers him a deal: fight to the death in the Thunderdome, a steel cage where two men enter and one leaves. After the fight, Max is cast into the desert with a girl named Savannah (Helen Buday), and they trek toward a mirage of green that might be real.
