Letters to Juliet

“What if you had a second chance to find true love?”

Sophie (Amanda Seyfried), a young American in Verona, discovers a letter hidden behind a wall written fifty years earlier by a woman named Claire (Vanessa Redgrave) who never received a reply. Sophie tracks down Claire and helps her search for the man she loved and lost across the Italian countryside. Winick frames the search as a gentle unraveling, letting the landscape and the two women's growing friendship do the work.
