Howl's Moving Castle

“The two lived there.”

Sophie, a young milliner, is cursed by the Witch of the Waste (Akihiro Miwa) and wakes as an old woman with no one to believe her. She flees to the moving castle of Howl (Takuya Kimura), a wizard caught between a war outside and his own loneliness within. Inside, stairs lead everywhere and nowhere, rooms breathe, and Calcifer (Tatsuya Gashûin) burns in the hearth, a fire demon tending the castle's impossible heart.
