Green Lantern

“In brightest day. In blackest night.”

Test pilot Hal Jordan (Ryan Reynolds) is pulled from Earth and given a power ring that answers to pure will, making him the first human in the Green Lantern Corps. A malevolent being called Parallax threatens to destroy everything the Corps protects. Martin Campbell fills the screen with alien worlds and cosmic scope, but the real battle is learning that willpower without doubt is just another kind of blindness.
