Ford v Ferrari

“They took the American dream for a ride.”

Carroll Shelby (Matt Damon) is a former race driver now building cars when Ford asks him to design a vehicle that can beat Ferrari at Le Mans. He recruits Ken Miles (Christian Bale), a scrappy British driver with raw talent and a wife, Mollie (Caitríona Balfe), who knows the price of his obsession. Mangold builds the film around their partnership, the two men chasing a legacy that matters more than winning.
