“Death has never been closer.”

Sam (Nicholas D'Agosto) is on a bus crossing a suspension bridge when a vision hits him: the structure buckles and tears, metal shrieking, bodies falling into the river below. He pulls people off the bus seconds before the collapse. But Death does not forgive a rescue. One by one, the survivors begin to die in ways no one could have predicted, and Sam realizes that he and Molly (Emma Bell) are bound together now, both of them watching their friends disappear.
