M.K., a skeptical teenager, gets shrunk down into a hidden woodland kingdom just as its tiny Leafmen soldiers prepare for war against Mandrake (Christoph Waltz), a dark force spreading decay through the forest. She joins their ranks alongside Nod (Josh Hutcherson), a cocky recruit, and Ronin (Colin Farrell), the Leafmen's hardened leader. By the end, M.K. and Nod have learned to trust each other when it matters most.
