Bond (Pierce Brosnan) emerges from fourteen months in a North Korean prison and walks back into active service, his cover blown. He pursues a trail that leads to the billionaire Gustav Graves (Toby Stephens) and crosses paths with Jinx (Halle Berry), an NSA agent hunting the same man. What they uncover threatens not one nation but the balance between them, and stopping it means Bond has to trust someone when trust might cost everything.
