“Bad things happen for a reason.”

Five strangers step into an office-building elevator, and the doors close on a malevolent presence. Detective Bowden (Chris Messina) watches the security feed as the lights flicker and one by one they turn on each other with violence none can explain. One of these five is not what they claim to be, and the longer no one escapes, the clearer the danger becomes.
