Dawn of the Planet of the Apes

Caesar (Andy Serkis) has built a civilization of apes in the redwoods north of San Francisco after a virus wiped out most of humanity. When survivors led by Malcolm (Jason Clarke) ask for hydroelectric power, Caesar sees a chance for peace between species. But his second-in-command Koba (Toby Kebbell), who remembers only captivity, believes coexistence is a betrayal, and the colony fractures under his rage.
