Burn After Reading
“Intelligence is relative.”
Osborne Cox (John Malkovich), a recently fired CIA analyst, loses a disc containing his memoir. Two gym employees, Chad Feldheimer (Brad Pitt) and Linda Litzke (Frances McDormand), find it and mistake the pages for classified secrets worth money. What unfolds is a chain of schemes and betrayals that entangles Cox's wife Katie (Tilda Swinton), a U.S. Marshal named Harry Pfarrer (George Clooney), and each of them with the others.
