Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy

Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell) is the top-rated news anchor in San Diego, a man so absorbed in his own legend that he reads whatever appears on the teleprompter with absolute conviction. His world fractures when Veronica Corningstone (Christina Applegate), an ambitious reporter, is hired as the station's first female co-anchor. Ron wages a campaign of sabotage and ego, while she refuses to disappear.
