Amadeus
“The Man... The Music... The Madness... The Murder... The Motion Picture.”
Antonio Salieri (F. Murray Abraham), a respected court composer in Vienna, hears the music of young Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Tom Hulce) and recognizes a genius he will never possess. Salieri's admiration curdles into jealousy, and he begins to work against Mozart's success with quiet calculation. What unfolds is a portrait of two men locked together, one brilliant and dissolute, the other consumed by envy.
